The hotel is wonderfully located near various attractions in Dubai with easy access to malls and close proximity to Dubai Festival mall. The rooms are well-equipped with a balcony and all necessary facilities, but the single beds may be a drawback. The service, especially the night shift staff, makes every effort to accommodate requests. However, the dining experience offering Mediterranean dishes has room for improvement.
